Popeyes Creatives

For this project, our team developed and promoted a loyalty program for Popeyes Chicken. The main question guiding our work was straightforward yet significant: How can we inspire customers to frequent Popeyes Chicken and become passionate advocates?

 

We devised a digital marketing strategy across various channels, each with clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business targets. Our campaigns on paid search, display advertising, and social media were meticulously crafted to attract both new and existing customers to the loyalty program. Additionally, we implemented an automated workflow to propel us toward our goals.

To ensure alignment with company goals, we created a marketing brief detailing business objectives, loyalty program specifics, customer personas, and other vital details. This brief served as the groundwork for our marketing plan, which aimed to re-engage customers through a personalized loyalty program.

Furthermore, we included an appendix with a marketing brief and screenshots showcasing the setup for the retargeting ad campaign, Google Ad campaign, Google Display ad campaign, and social media ad campaign.

Ultimately, our project wasn't just an application of our knowledge; it demonstrated our ability to implement digital marketing principles in a real-world context. We tackled challenges with creativity and delivered tangible results.

Other: Keyword analysis was utilized to determine the best potential searches associated with each group. Extensions were used, such as location and app download for convenience of the customer.
